This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for subscriptions to our Software as a Service (SaaS) products such as FUEL and/or any such other products or services we may create in the future.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Subscription Plans: Refunds are available for the initial purchase of a subscription plan within 7 days from the date of purchase. No refunds will be issued for renewal payments or subsequent billing periods.

  • Trial Period: If a free trial is offered, you will not be eligible for a refund once the trial period has ended and your subscription has commenced.

  • Special Offers and Discounts: Refunds for products purchased at a discount or as part of a special offer will be granted at the discounted rate.

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team HERE with the following information:

  • Your full name

  • Contact information

  • The date of purchase

  • The reason for the refund request

We will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 1 business days.

4. Processing Refunds

  • Approved Refunds: If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 1 business days.

  • Rejected Refunds: If your refund request is rejected, we will provide a detailed explanation of the decision. You may contact our support team if you require further clarification.

5. Exceptions

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Services that have been used or accessed beyond the initial refund eligibility period.

  • One-time setup fees, add-on services, or custom development work.

  • Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service, EULA or other violations with respect to use of the site, software, or app.

6. Changes to Refund Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the revised Refund Policy.
